With over 11 years of experience in technical training and specialized leadership, my mandate is to optimize the college’s daily management to facilitate our core mission: teaching, training, and holistic student development. We integrate strategic planning with sound financial expertise to ensure Mulango TVC remains a premier destination for high-quality, industry-relevant TVET programs.

Coordinating the institutional strategic plan, performance appraisals, and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Managing human resources, staff recruitment, and maintaining a disciplined, consultative environment for staff and trainees.

Enforcing internal controls, budget monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the PFM Act and TVET regulations.

Building industry partnerships and overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community training programs.
