Exam Scheduling
Coordination of internal formative and external summative assessments.
Results Processing
Dissemination of termly reports and final transcripts upon clearance.
External Liaison
Registration with national bodies including CDACC, NITA, and KASNEB.
Assessment Categories
Internal (Formative):
Continuous Assessments, Practical Assignments, and End-of-Term Exams.
External (Summative):
National Assessments for Level 3, Artisan (L4), Craft (L5), and Diploma (L6) certifications.
Key Information for Trainees
- Punctuality: Arrive 15 minutes before Assessment session starts.
- Documentation: Valid College ID and Admission Cards required.
- Registration: Adhere to termly deadlines to avoid disqualification.
- Integrity: Zero tolerance for plagiarism or exam malpractice.
